Creative Meditation

Hi There,

This is a spontanous subject and idea for our Meditation class tomorrow Friday 24 October at 5pm. (please contact me for location details).

We have a big rosemary bush growing in the herb – garden. I’m inspired to talk about the benefits of rosemary and herbs in general “how can we use herbs to improve our state of mind and general well being, can it bring calmness?” To be creative and “drop the head into the heart”, will be making smudge sticks. Be inspired and surprised by this different approach to meditation. I look forward to share some herbalims as well. Maria

2 Years parkrun Ipswich QLD

As you might know, I’m a very keen and big fan of parkrun. This is were you find me most Saturday mornings at 7am in Limestone Park, Ipswich. I just recently completed my 50th parkrun.

Actually this week in most of the yoga classes I was teaching, was at least one parkrunner or walker. Some started parkrun because I encouraged them to do so, and other parkrunners had the nice surprise to start yoga and discover that I’m the teacher. 🙂

This Saturday 13 February Ipswich QLD parkrun is celebrating it’s second anniversary. A good chance to come along for the first time and help celebrate this great always FREE event. It starts at 6:45am.
