  • Wednesdays, 5:00pm–6:30pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)
  • Tuesdays, 6:00pm–7:30pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)

To finish the Year we’ll have a meditation class on Thursday evening 18th December 5pm – 7pm, with a reflection practice & release ritual of the past year. Please get in touch for details.

  • first trial class: free
  • single class $18.00
  • 5-class pass (valid for 2 months) $75.00
  • 10-class pass (valid for 4 months) $140.00

Cost for Senior Classes  (Wednesday 9am + Thursday 10am)

  • first class: free
  • single class  $12.00
  • 5-class-pass  $55.00
  • 10-class-pass  $100.00

The Christmas pause this year is from 15th December 2024 until 11th January 2025.

The last Yoga class in 2024 is on Thursday 12/12 at 10am, a Senior’s Yoga class.

A Meditation / Mantra chanting session on Friday 13/12 at 5pm, including a gratitude and release ritual for the past year. (you need to book for this class – thank you).

Christmas Holiday 2024

All the Yoga classes at the Scout halls and Zoom online, resume on Tuesday 14th January 2025. As per our well known yoga class times. https://hathayogaipswich.com.au/

PLEASE have a look at the picture below, for the exact location of the Scout Hall in Cameron Park (BLUE DOT). As street view and google maps might guide you to the wrong section of Cameron Park.

This is where we have the Yoga classes on a Tuesday 6pm and Wednesday 5pm.

It’s possible that the apple maps on the iPhone is correct. But more than once this year, new people in the yoga class, ended up at the old Swifts Sport Club.

I don’t want to know, how many gave up coming to class, because they were guided to a wrong location ?!?
