• Tuesdays, 9am – 10:30am (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)

• Tuesdays, 6pm – 7:30pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)
• Wednesdays, 5pm – 6:30pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)

• Seniors Yoga classes *) open for everyone, easier 1 hour classes
  • Wednesdays, 9am – 10am Seniors Yoga class 
  • Thursdays 10am – 11am  Seniors Yoga class

Plus on Monday from 10am – 11am is a Zoom online only Yoga class.
