Back in 2006 on Tuesday evening 31st of October at 6pm I was teaching my first Yoga class here in Ipswich, at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park. Yes, this class is still going, same time, same place. Many of you have come and gone and returned over the past years. I’ve introduced other classes, times and locations. One of the biggest changes has probably been that now we have Yogis joining the class on Zoom from the comfort of their homes.
To celebrate this occasion I’m teaching a Yoga class on Saturday 31st October 2026 at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park, Easton Street, Booval. You can arrive from 9am onwards, the class itself will be from 9:30am – 11am.
The Yoga class will be a mix of the classical Hatha Yoga and Seniors / chair Yoga class, including breathing practices. Therefore I please ask you to book for this class.
