I will be on holidays from Saturday 6th August until Sunday 4th September 2022.

The last class in August is on Thursday 4/8/22, the first class back after my holiday is on Tuesday 6/9/22.

After a rather bumpy month of April… I hope the month of May and beyond will be more calm and consistent, with the morning classes at the Raceview Scout Hall and evening classes at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park.

The current locations, days and times are:

Tuesday  9am – 10:30am

Cameron Park, Scout Hall, Easton Street, Booval

Tuesday  6pm – 7:30pm

Wednesday  5pm – 6:30pm

Seniors Yoga classes **) open for everyone, easier 1 hour classes

Wednesday  9am – 10am 

Thursday     10am – 11am

All these classes can be joined online via Zoom.

Evening Yoga Classes as of April 2022

As of April 2022 the afternoon/evening Hatha Yoga classes are at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park, Easton Street, Booval.

  • Tuesday 6pm – 7:30pm
  • Wednesday 5pm – 6:30pm

These classes are 90 minutes, we practice the basic “Sivananda-Yoga” class: breathing exercises, sun salutations, Yoga postures & exercises, guided final relaxation.

The classes are open to all levels.

This year’s Christmas / New Year’s break will be four weeks, from Monday 20th December 2021 until Sunday 16th January 2022.


The last Yoga classes in 2021 are on Thursday 16/12/2021.

All Yoga classes resume on Monday 17th January 2022.

I will be on holidays from Sunday 14th November until Sunday 28th November 2021.

I will be on a pre-Summer Holiday for the last two weeks of November 2021

The Yoga classes will resume on Monday 29/11/21 (online) and Tuesday 30/11/21 at the Scout Halls. We will have three weeks of Yoga classes before the Christmas break, with the last classes being on Thursday 17/12/21.

As of Monday 4th October 2021 I will do a slight price increase for the 10 class yoga passes.

  • 10 x Senior’s class $90.00

  • 5-class pass (valid for 2 months) $70.00

Even though the recent snap Lockdown has been lifted for Ipswich, Brisbane and the surrounding areas. Some restrictions are still in place. Therefore I decided to offer the Yoga classes online only for the coming two weeks.

in-person Yoga classes at the Scout Halls will resume on Tuesday 20th of July 2021.

I know Zoom or online classes is not for everyone, nonetheless it has proofed to be very good for those who like to practice in the comfort of their own home and still join a group class. If you would like to join online, these are the days and times:

  • Monday 10am Hatha Yoga class
  • Tuesday 9am  Hatha Yoga class, 
  • Tuesday 6pm  Hatha Yoga class,  
  • Wednesday 9am  Seniors Yoga class,  
  • Wednesday 5pm  Hatha Yoga class,

Happy New Year 2021 !! I hope you had a good, relaxing Christmas Break. The Yoga classes resume on Tuesday 12th of January 2021.

We start the new year slow with 5 Yoga classes per week. These classes are at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park and Raceview Scout Hall. Same as at the end of last year, all classes can be joined online via Zoom from the comfort of your home and own yoga space.

The Hall has been renovated, new paint and ceiling. Come check it out for yourself.

  • Tuesdays, 6:00pm–7:30pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class) (no class on 26/1/21 Australia Day public holiday)

Raceview Scout Hall, 32 Taylor Street, Eastern Heights

  • Tuesdays, 9:00am – 10:30am (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class) (no class on 26/1/21 Australia Day public holiday)
  • Thursdays, 5:00pm – 6:00pm  Seniors yoga class 
  • This class time will change on February 4th, 4:30pm – 5:30pm
  • Thursdays, 6:30pm – 8:00pm (90 minutes Hatha Yoga class)
  • This class will only be 3 more times, January 14th, 21st, 28th. As of February 2021 the Raceview Scout Hall is no longer available for the later time yoga class. At first we will most likely change it to a Zoom only class 7pm – 8pm, and later in February/March I look for another time/venue, or even a weekly meditation class instead.

Any Yoga class passes issued as far back as late 2019, are valid to use up in 2021.
