To finish the Year we’ll have a meditation class on Thursday evening 18th December 5pm – 7pm, with a reflection practice & release ritual of the past year. Please get in touch for details.

  • 10-class pass (valid for 4 months) $140.00

Cost for Senior Classes  (Wednesday 9am + Thursday 10am)

While Im travelling I offer some Yoga classes online on Zoom.

I have the dates marked in my calendar, but will always confirm again.

The times are Ipswich/Brisbane time.

If you have a yoga class pass, I will tick it off, once I’m back home in Ipswich, and we know the connection worked well. If you pay for the single, individual class, please pay after the class (not before), I want to be sure this works good for everyone.

NO YOGA CLASSES from 16th June – 19th July 2025.

While I’m away, I will teach one Yoga class per week online. Some weeks it will be on Tuesday 6pm, others on Wednesday 5pm, Brisbane time. If you would like to join online, please send me an email to hathayogaipswich@gmail.com.

All the Yoga classes in-person and online will resume on Tuesday 22nd July 2025.

I have yoga classes recorded on video, that you can practise for yourself any time. Some of you have one or two of these videos, time to have a look in your digital library or an old email.

  • The Videos availabe are:
  • Hatha Yoga class 60 minutes
  • Senior’s Yoga class 60 minutes
  • 25 minutes short Hatha Yoga class, morning energiser or evening cool down.
  • 12 minutes Sun Salutations
  • 8 minutes Standing Sun Salutations
  • I can send them to you via dropbox or google drive.
  • The cost per video is $22 for the 60 minutes classes, $11 for the shorter practices. Once dowloaded on your end, you can watch and practise daily.

For the month of April we have YOGA during the Queensland School Holidays.

I take a short break after Easter; we have NO Yoga classes on Tuesday 22, Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 of April. This is the week between the Easter and the ANZAC day long weekends.

The Christmas pause this year is from 15th December 2024 until 11th January 2025.

The last Yoga class in 2024 is on Thursday 12/12 at 10am, a Senior’s Yoga class.

A Meditation / Mantra chanting session on Friday 13/12 at 5pm, including a gratitude and release ritual for the past year. (you need to book for this class – thank you).

A few more spaces are available for the upcoming Yoga & Meditation Retreat at the Glasshouse Mountains Ecolodge, Friday 23 – Sunday 25 of August 2024.

Immerse yourself in a Weekend of Yoga & Meditation surrounded by beautiful nature, towards the end of Winter to shake off the Winter blues.

Our program for the weekend looks like this:
Friday:
• 4pm yoga class (asana, pranayama)  
• 6pm Dinner  
• 7:30pm evening meditation   

Saturday:   
• 6am morning sunrise meditation   
• 7am yoga class  
• 8:30am breakfast 
• 10:30am Chakra & Aura talk  
• 12noon lunch 
• Afternoon activities , e.g. hike Mt Tibrogargan circuit, 
• 4pm hatha-yoga class (sun salutations, asana, pranayama) 
• 6:30pm Dinner 

Sunday:  
• 6am sunrise meditation and morning stretches 
• 7am yoga class 
• 9am Breakfast
