I had a good week off to enjoy a couple last Queensland – Summer – Days.

No Yoga classes in the week from Monday 18th March to Saturday 23rd March 2024.

All the classes in the week before and after the Easter Weekend, as well as during the school holidays, are on as normal.

If possible please book for your first yoga class, but it’s is perfectly fine if you just show up at the Hall about 10 minutes before the class begins. Thank you !!

Christmas Break 2023

The Christmas / New Year’s Break is from Friday 15th December 2023 until Sunday 14th January 2024.

The last Yoga class in 2023 is the Senior’s class on Thursday 14/12/23 at 10am.

On Thursday evening 14/12/23 at 5:30pm – 7pm we finish the year with a Meditation class, reflecting and releasing the past 12 months. If you are interested to join this session, please let me know by Wednesday 13/12/23. Thank you.

In 2024 the yoga classes resume on Tuesday 16th January 2024. All the yoga classes as per our well known weekly schedule.

Exactly 17 years ago today, on the Tuesday 31st of October 2006 at 6pm, I was teaching the first Yoga class here in Ipswich. It was the 6pm class on a Tuesday at the Scout Hall in Cameron Park, Booval. This specific class, day, time & location is still running today. Sometimes with 1 or 2 yogis joining the class, other times a full hall, and of course since three years always someone joining the class online via Zoom as well.

Of course there are and have been other yoga classes as well, at different locations, days & times. Always a continuous stream.

Thank you to each and everyone who ever chanted OM with me while joining a class. Thank you for your continues support and loyalty. Thanks & Blessings with all my heart, Maria Prema. OM OM OM

It’s that time of the year when I often take two weeks holiday.

Please note: I’m away from Monday 6 November – Saturday 18 November 2023. NO Yoga classes during these two weeks.

The weekly Yoga classes will resume on Tuesday 21 November 2023 for four of five weeks until the Christmas Pause.

    Saturday afternoon Hatha Yoga Class and Satsang Meditation

    is on 15th July 2023. (2pm – 5pm)

    First time that we have this class on a Saturday afternoon, changed from Friday evening in previous months & years.
    2 pm   Hatha Yoga Class (please arrive from 1:30pm onwards)
    3:45pm Meditation (mantra chanting, silent meditation, empowering talk)

    The cost is $15 or  one tick on the class pass.

    You can join for both sessions to get most benefits. Or if this is not possible for you,  just attend the Hatha Yoga class or the Satsang/Meditation class.

    After the Meditation we’ll have a cup of tea and something sweet, I usually make a raw vegan cake or snack. If you have time to stay a little longer & chat.
